I yo-yo dieted for years. My working out consisted of running/cardio (which i LOATHE ENTIRELY) and nothing ever stuck. I had chest pains, would be out of breath walking up a flight of stairs, depressed, and anxious. UNTIL. I made the decision that enough was enough. How I started : research. diet. 1 mile walks. more research. tried something new. (picked up a weight) history ever since. when you are serious about something, you do your research, you learn, you get disciplined, & you work for what you want. Which brought me to creating this guide. After picking up a weight, i ditched those 1 mile walks and focused on HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and lifting weights. I Lost 35lbs doing these two things at home, before getting a gym membership and losing another 30lbs. You do not need a gym membership to reach your goals. For myself, I just wanted more variety.
