This is sensational! Great for unique events. It is a designer piece from Toronto, Canada and remains in outstanding condition. It has one small mark on the front that is 1/ 8th of inch huge. There is a zipper down the back with an eye hook and the empire waist bow has metal snaps to keep it in place. Excellent colours and print!
