  • “Great, easy and delcious! Instead of putting this fudge into a pan, I put each scoop into a muffin cup and worked very well! I didn’t have to worry about cutting, and the servings were perfect! This made a great addition to our xmas tray! Thanks very much for the recipe bert!”

  • “Made this as part of a candy dish for a party. I used butterscotch chips and chopped walnuts. Very easy to make, be sure to boil a full 5 minutes. I had never made butterscotch fudge and this was oh so tasty, rich and creamy. Thanks for this winner bert.”

  • “I see someone had a problem getting theirs to set. What you have done or should I say haven’t done, is let it boil or cook for the full 5 minutes. It is similar in making candies, or taffy, it must reach a certain consistency to set.Hope it works next time because this fudge is soooooooooo good.”

  • “While this recipe was delicious, I had a problem getting mine to set. I tried even putting it in the freezer to get cutable but it still came out gooey. Oh well, was still yummy, chewy, but yummy.”

  • “I have been making this for years. Dense, smooth and creamy! Perfect every time!”

  • “I just made these yesterday after seeing the recipe on Carnation web site. How much easier than having to use a candy thermometer etc. and seems foolproof.I used chocolate chips but will try butterscotch next time. Will probably disappear quickly!Great recipe.”

  • “I made this on a Thursday night and it was so good that I was afraid to keep it in the house over the weekend. So I kept four pieces for us and took the rest to work.It dissapeared almost as quickly as I put it out. Yum!”

  • “I used peanut butter chips. We loved it!”

  • “I used Equal instead of sugar and fatfree evaporated milk to cut down on fat and sugar.Actually, next time I will cut down on the “sugar” a bit as Equal seems to be sweeter than cane sugar. This was very good, and Barb kept sneaking pieces out of the refrigerator.”
