  • “Good recipe!I needed an alfredo sauce for a pizza I’m trying to copy that didn’t have cream cheese. This fit the bill perfectly!I did add a little flour to the butter before continuing on with the rest of the recipe to thicken it up a bit more…. great flavor!Thank you truebit!I’ll use this recipe again!:)”

  • “This was my first attempt at making sauce. I substituted minced garlic for garlic powder, ’cause I didn’t have any on hand, and added a bit more cheese ’cause I like everything cheesy. It was very good! Thank you for a great recipe!”

  • “This looks to be the exact recipe I was looking for, thanks!”

  • “Thank you for an easy recipe. This was my first attempt at making alfredo, and it turned out very well. I substituted one small minced garlic clove for the garlic powder. I sauteed it in the butter before I added the cream and other ingredients. I also added a small amount of parsley-not traditional, I know, but I like the way it looks! 😉 I will be making this again!”

  • “This recipe was amazing!I have tried several other alfredo sauce recipes and wasnt happy with the textures or flavors. This was perfect. It wasnt gritty and tasted absolutely wonderful.I will be making this again”

  • “I ended up tripling the recipe to feed my whole family, and we like things very saucy. I used a full package (16 oz) of fettucinne, two diced cooked chicken breasts and steamed broccoli and mixed it all together with the sauce after it was prepared. It was amazing! I was really craving some genuine alfredo like applebee’s or other restaurants, and this hit it perfect! I topped our dishes with some remaining parmesan, and even my son ate two helpings. will definately use this recipe again! I would however reccommend doubling this recipe even for 2-3 servings if you plan on adding meat or veggies to it. it wouldn’t be enough in my opinion to cover anything but just the pasta.”

  • “Very tasty. This was really easy. My DD loved this and asked for seconds. DH even commented that this was good pasta. I will always go to this recipe for alfredo. I served this with fresh green beans and hot Italian sausage. Delicious!”

  • “This is TRUE Alfredo Sauce…Thanks for Posting it!”

  • “I love this sauce. My boyfriend and I used it to make chicken alfredo for a friends b-day dinner. Everyone loved it. We will definitely make this one again.”
