“Simple and delicious. I used Irish Breakfast tea. The spices and fruit juices went together nicely. The pineapple makes it taste a lot like cider. This tea is soothing hot and refreshing cold. Would probably also make a nice hot toddy with a little rum or vodka added in. It was a little sweet for me though and I’d probably cut back on the juice mixture next time; also the ingredients for the juice mixture really should be included in the ingredients list. They’re half the ingredients and not necessarily things people always have on hand. Thanks.”
“I only let this steep for 2 hours I was to impatient LOLI am not a fan of “flavoured” teas and this is my first time making one. WELLLLLLLLLL I am converted now.My DH and I are sitting here sipping and going HMMMMMMMM YUM.GREAT recipe and one that has been unreviewed for years.Definite keeper for me.I would give this recipe 5 stars ( more if I could) but the ingredient list does not list the juices and sugar until the directions part. If the poster could change that I will give a 5 star rating. Made for Comfort Cafe Tag Jan 2009″
