“This recipe is fantastic. I made it for a dinner I was hosting and everyone loved it and couldn’t stop eating it. This is the best matzoh kugel I have ever made, incredibly moist and delicious. I used a few more apple slices due to the fact that I omitted the nuts (because I’m allergic). I will definitely be making this at every special dinner from now on.”

“I’m usually not a big matzah fan, but this came out great — very sweet and cake-like. Had to add about 5 minutes to the cooking time because of an annoying electric oven, but otherwise, turned out wonderful. I’ll be making another for a friend’s Easter dinner on Sunday!”
“What a very nice sweet treat! Made is just as stated and will probably cut down on the oil next time. After 35 minutes baking the kugel looked and felt not really done so I left it in the oven for another 10 minutes, then it was nice and brown.
