  • “Love this bread. Not only does it smell great while baking, it is light and airy to eat.Not too sweet which we like.I sprinkled a bit of maple sugar on the top, not enough for a crust but enough to give that first hint of what is to come.Thank you for such an easy and delightful bread.PAC BABY Sept 2009”

  • “I loved this bread, and my husband did too. I made it with whole wheat flour and sprinkled some sugar on top before baking. It was a little dry the next day so I spread some applesauce on it. It was great.”

  • “This bread came out of the pan perfectly, was nicely browned, but it tasted rather rubbery, and the bottom 1/3 inch looked raw, even though it seemed to be cooked through.”

  • “This bread was good, not too sweet, but a little dry. Next time I think I’ll add some more applesauce, or not allow it to bake aslong. Nice healthy bread though!”

  • “Very nice, not too sweet. Good breakfast bread.”
