Shaded blue flowers with intense green leaves that rest in a circle, the leaves extend onto yellow background. The pin measures about 2 inches by about 1 1/8 inches. The shape is a gently curving rectangle the center circle is a bit larger than a quarter. The enamel is on a brass.base and has a brass pin with an open C design catch. The pin remains in excellent working order. Unmarked piece but possibly Czech.
