An Idle Musing Based upon Colour ~ a pen evaluation(of sorts )< br/ > This A5 zine by me, Andrea Joseph, includes a few of my preferred blog images (a type of collection) with brand-new stories about the making of the illustration, tools utilized (that’s pens) as well as brand new illustrations of those pens that were used.

< br/ > This A5 zine has actually been expertly printed to a very high standard, it is produced on 170gsm silk surface paper, it feels smooth and charming. The colours are brilliant and leap off the page.

< br/ > It has 12 pages with 10 individual illustrations and 2 double page spreads of gorgeous pens!

< br/ > I hope you will find it inspiring, in a way that makes you wish to draw, want to get hold of a pen and try, go on, you can, you understand you can.

Some feedback for ‘An Idle Vision.’

Pippa stated in her review:’Stunning illustrations which take my breath away, in addition to comprehensive descriptions of the illustrations (stuff I really would like to know, like how the drawing started, which pens were utilized and a glance into how the artist works) printed onto gorgeous, thicker than average (that’s a technical term) paper which has a minor shine. A stunning addition to my zine collection ‘, thanks, Pippa

And Alison said:.’ Just getting into biro illustration and these zines are terrific inspiration, and so cute! Dead chuffed:-RRB- ‘. thanks to you, too.
