    Ingredients

  • 12ouncesasparagus, chopped
  • 1cupchopped seeded tomato
  • 1/2 cupfinely chopped onion
  • 1clovegarlic, minced
  • 2tablespoonschopped fresh cilantro
  • 3tablespoonsfinely chopped jalapenos
  • 1 (5 1/2 ounce) cans tomato juice
  • 1teaspoonsalt
  • 1teaspooncider vinegar
  • Directions

  • Combine all ingredients.
  • Cover and chill thoroughly, about 3 hours.
  • Store in an airtight container in refrigerator.
