  • “These were great. Easy to make and beautiful texture; I can’t believe how creamy they were without milk. I only used half the amount of cream cheese called for. I baked at a higher temp for a shorter time. They tasted like twice baked potatoes without all the fuss. MMM! My whole family loved them!”

  • “These were good tasting, but I thought it was a little time consuming for the end result.Don’t get me wrong, I will make again, but this time I’ll give myself more time.I guess I didn’t read it through carefully so had already started the rest of my dinner when I realized I had made an error, and they still need to be baked. Also I am unsure what you mean by a carton of sour cream?Multiple sizes out there so I winged it.”

  • “Delicious!I made the day before serving, so the flavors would blend.I added some roasted garlic and used about 1 cup of cheddar.”

  • “A great recipe and a wonderful dish for Thankgiving dinner.I will never make regular potatoes again!”

  • “Great recipe! My husband does not like sour cream but he loved these. I used light sour cream and light cream cheese, but the tast was very good. Thanks, Carolle!!”

  • “Hands down some of the best potatoes I have ever made or had. I made these last night as a side dish to beer braised country style pork ribs with BBQ Sauce, beans and rolls. I boiled Yukon Potatoes with garlic, used low fat cream cheese, low fat sour cream and added pepper, kosher salt, and crushed red peppers to the shredded cheese topping. It was a huge hit with the hubby and his best friend. Not only for dinner, but lunch, and dinner again the next day! I will have to make this every so often. Delish! Thank you for this”
