Bar-B-Cued Country Pork Ribs

  • Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupflour
  • 1/2 teaspoongarlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoonsalt
  • 1/4 teaspoonpepper
  • 1 1/2 lbsboneless country-style pork ribs, cut in 2 in chunks
  • 3tablespoonsoil
  • 1/2 cupwater
  • 1cupcatsup
  • 1/4 cuphoney
  • 1/2 teaspoonchili powder
  • 3dropshot sauce
  • Directions

  • Combine flour, garlic powder, salt and pepper in plastic bag.
  • Shake the ribs in this mixture.
  • Brown ribs in hot oil.
  • Mix water with remaining ingredients.
  • Pour over ribs.
  • Bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat to low and simmer for 1 to 1-1/2 hours.
  • Add water if necessary while cooking.
