  • Ingredients

  • 12lbs chuck or 12lbsarm roast
  • 2teaspoonsdry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoongarlic salt
  • 2teaspoonsonion salt
  • 2teaspoonscelery salt
  • 2teaspoonssalt
  • 1teaspoonpepper
  • 2tablespoonsmayonnaise
  • 2tablespoonsvinegar
  • 2tablespoonsKitchen Bouquet
  • Directions

  • Place unseasoned Roast in Roaster with 1 inch water.
  • Cover and cook 3-4 hours depending on sixe of roast.
  • Add sauce and baste.
  • Continue to cook covered til tender.
  • Thicken liquid with flour.
