We all know how much I love an Instagrammable cafe but what about nail salons? I’m not first timer when it comes to a set of gel nails and love to get them done as often as I can. It drives me up the wall to see my own hands unpainted or chipped, so getting shellac which lasts for up to three weeks, is not as stripping or damaging as acrylics, keeps my length and lasts so much longer than my polish is a undeniable solution. It also feels so much nicer when someone else does it for you, am I right? Once I saw this salon sweep Instagram with its unique floral displays, rose gold pedicure tubs and colour range I knew I had to pay a visit when I got the chance. Desperate to get my nails done for an upcoming wedding I thought this was the perfect opportunity to finally book myself in. I opted for the shape and shellac which costs £30.00 which is probably only £10.00 more than I usually pay. I had two friends join me for the weekend making it the ultimate pamper session and that made the experience much more enjoyable. The staff were friendly and helpful listening to what I wanted and helping me narrow down from one nude colour to another and didn’t mind me hanging around after to get a few snaps for my blog! Situated a stones throw away from Sloane Square this Ellis St salon was the perfect start to my weekend and a worthwhile trip I would recommend.
