Beef and Mac Skillet

  • 1 1/2 lbshamburger
  • 1mediumonion, chopped
  • 1 (28ounce) cans tomatoes, chopped
  • 1cupwater
  • 8ouncesmacaroni, uncooked
  • 2cupscheddar cheese, grated
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Directions

  • Brown hamburger and onion.
  • Drain.
  • Add tomatoes with liquid, water and macaroni into the skillet.
  • Bring to a boil then simmer 25 minutes.
  • Stir occasionally.
  • The last 5 minutes add grated cheese on top then cover with a lid.
