  • “DH is out of town on business, so dinner tonight was all about me!I made foods that I love, but he does not care for (fish and beets)! This was a nice fast recipe that was easy to prepare and tasted great.I used sole and baked it for 10 minutes, then broiled for 3 minutes. Thanks!”

  • “This is really good and a nice change! I use lowfat sour cream or fat free plain yogurt for an even lower fat dinner. Thanks, Bergy! :)”

  • “Very tasty and easy meal. I served it with tomato salad and wild rice.I used basa for fish.I recommend making more sauce. Thanks Bergy!”

  • “Pretty good!Since I’m still a novice when it comes to cooking fish, I kind of overcooked mine and it was a bit dry, but at least I know that the sauce is a keeper! Thanks”

  • “Hi Bergy;I had a beautiful Spring Salmon fillet sent to me, about 4 pounds.Cut the salmon in two, and used your recipe on half of it.Put the other half in the fridge to do the next day.The salmon turned out just super-great, so moist and nice and flakey.Enjoyed this to the fullest.Thank you for sharing this recipe.Uncle Bill”

  • “This is really good stuff!! I made it using a fresh Ling Cod Filet that I got at a fish store on Saturday. I like sauce so I doubled the sauce ingredients. My filet was a little bit bigger than a single portion and the filet was a little thick so I had to bake it a little bit longer. The fish was tender and juicy. This recipe is very easy to make and doesn’t take a lot of time to make. I will definitely be making this recipe again. Thanks for a great recipe Bergy”
