    Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupbutter
  • 1cupsugar
  • 2eggs, beaten
  • 4bananas, finely crushed
  • 1 1/2 cupsflour
  • 1teaspoonbaking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  • 1/2 teaspoonvanilla
  • Directions

  • Cream together butter and sugar.
  • Add eggs and crushed bananas.
  • Combine well.
  • Sift together flour, soda and salt. Add to creamedmixture. Add vanilla.
  • Pour into greased and floured loaf pan.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes.
  • Keeps well, refrigerated.
