  • “VERY TASTY… USED THIS CHEESECAKE FOR BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION…..ADDED CHOCOLATE GRANACHE WITH A WHISPER OF COFFEE LIQUOR…. GOT GREAT RAVES!!!”

  • “My daughter chose this for her 7th birthday cake- we all LOVED it.I think I may cut the chocolate down to 1/2 cup next time to get more “cheese” with every chocolate bite. Thanks for the great recipe!”

  • “This recipe is delicious. This was my first experience baking a cheesecake and it was a huge hit with a big crowd! The only thing I needed to adjust was the baking time, mine took almost an hour just for the cheesecake layer.Next time I would also use more brownie mix to make a thicker layer for more chocolate flavor.”

  • “I made these as mini cheesecakes, where a HUGE hit! I used bittersweet chocolate and it turned out beautifully. Just a suggestion, when swirling the chocolate, take care to keep it from hitting the sides, other wise when you remove the sides, the chocolate tends to stick.”

  • “I was going to submit this, but Zaar beat me to it!I made this for a picnic last summer and all loved it.”
