  • “I made this tonight and it was quite tasty! Thanks for the recipe, my husband said he liked this better than roasted brussel sprouts!I only used 1/2 the butter and it was still great.”

  • “I cooked mine in a crockpot. I did’nt have dijon mustard, used spicey brown mustard instead. This was the best brussel sprouts I’ve ever eaten.
I tooked them to my mom’s for Thanksgiving dinner. Some of the family that did’nt try them, including my husband just do’nt know what they’re missing. The family members that did, loved them.”

  • “I made this recipe exactly, as written, and I did not like the flavor of this at all.”

  • “Great recipe!I made this for Thanksgiving and was surprised at how many people loved them!I’ll have to make a bigger batch next time, they were a hit!I added a little creamy horseradish to the sauce and that was delicious!”

  • “Love this recipe even with the fat and sodium. My husband ate an entire serving and he is very reluctant to do most vegetables. It is as good as roasting Brussels Sprouts and takes a fraction of the time. That makes it a winner for me whenever I can get fresh Brussels Sprouts.”

  • “These were great!I used honey dijon dressing instead of the mustard and I halved the sprouts. In the microwave, I forgot to cover them, so they didn’t need to be drained, but they still turned out great. This is definitely a repeater. Thanks!”

  • “Yum!I accidentally used yellow mustard instead of Dijon and used about half the butter.Loved how the tangy mustard/lemon really made the natural sweetness of the sprouts come through.I want to try this sauce with a bunch of different veggies now too.”

  • “These are very good.A quick and easy way to prepare fresh sprouts.Followed the recipe to the letter.”

  • “mmmm! the only way my fiance will eat brussels!!!”

  • “EXCELLENT!I loved the taste and tang of the lemon with the mustard. You could probably use a variety of mustards instead of Dijon. The nutty flavor of the sprouts was not overpowered by the other ingredients. For health sake, perhaps cutting the butter in 1/2 would be good, allowing the mustard to do the rest of the work.7-min was perfect cook time- firm and al dente.”

  • “I wanted to give brussels sprouts a try again (haven’t had them since I was a child), and this recipe had such great reviews that I thought it would be a good one to try. Unfortunately, I didn’t like it at all! It wasn’t the recipe – the sauce on the sprouts was really good. I just don’t like brussels sprouts any more than I did 20 years ago! My husband really liked them though, and he’s not a big veggie eater – so kudos for that!”

  • “These sprouts were delicious. Great combination of flavours and so easy to make. Thanks”

  • “Unbelievable – I have memories of HATING brussel sprouts, but this recipe got me curious and all I can say is yum! I used the baby frozen ones and skipped the lemon juice and did the whole ordeal on the stove (which took less than 15 minutes). I adore these and have made them a couple times a week since for the past month!Just lovely – DH enjoyed them too :)”

  • “This is fantastic!!My new favorite way to eat brussels sprouts!!Instead of butter, I used Smart Balance light…. good stuff!!Thank you!”

  • “A great recipe for Brussel Sprouts. The sprouts were firm and delicious, and the butter and lemon juice were the perfect sauce. Thanks, Tebo for posting this easy, tasty recipe.”

  • “I tried it with the margarine but found it too rich for my taste. I tried it again without margarine and it was simply delicious.”

  • “This was an excellent recipe and the added bonus was it was quick and easy. My husband loved it. Will be a favorite at our house.”

  • “Great way to dress up Brussels Sprouts. I added a bit more lemon upon serving, but otherwise kept to the recipe. Very very good. I will be making these again soon.”
