Brussels Sprouts In Browned Butter

    Ingredients

  • Brussels sprout, fresh or frozen
  • 4tablespoonsbutter
  • nutmeg, freshly grated
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Directions

  • Cook Brussels sprouts in minimum salted boiling water.
  • Drain.
  • Make browned butter by cooking butter in skillet over low heat.
  • Add Brussels sprouts to butter.
  • Grate small amount of nutmeg over sprouts and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Toss to coat.
