“I modified this a bit due to what I had in the fridge.I used 1 lb bag of frozen brussel sprouts and a 1 lb bag of pearl onions.Instead of bacon I used aboout 4 inches of abruzze sausage and instead of cheddar I used a medium sharp italian grating cheese.This came out extreamly flavorful.It’s a keeper.”
