  • “This is great!I thinly sliced my carrots instead of shredded because I wanted more crunch.I used golden raisins and I put in 1 cup instead of 1/2.I also added 1 tsp. fresh chopped mint for color and I loved its taste with this salad! Thanks for the recipe!”

  • “This carrot-raisin salad is wonderful.I did it 4 times I think.Perfect as a side-dish with my lunchs.The last time I didn’t put lemon juice.And sometimes I use less raisins cause I think it’s too sweet.Thanks for the recipe :)”

  • “Unfortunately this did not go over well. My kids love carrots and raisins and yogurt and I thought this salad would be a winner for them but none of the kids liked it. I think it was to tart for them. I had so much of this salad leftover that I don’t think I will make it again, sorry.”

  • “This is really nice after it sits over-night.The yogurt gives it a good twang, and I think adding apples or pineapple bits would be great also!”

  • “Ah, now this one’s much better than your previous one. A little liquid (yogurt) made it easier on the teeth, LOL!Loved it!Thanks for the recipe.”
