Cheese and Ham Pockets

    “Kids really seem to like this and even the little ones can make it themselves. Adults may find this rather plain and need to spice it up. Serve with hot tomato soup ;)”

    Ingredients

  • 1 (6count) cans refrigerated biscuits
  • cubed ham
  • shredded cheese( cheddar recommended)
  • Directions

  • Separate the biscuits and flatten them.
  • They should be fairly thin.
  • Add ham and cheese.
  • Close and seal.
  • Bake 350F degrees about 7-10 minutes- until brown.

  • “I really liked these – they were like ‘hot pockets’ only soooo much better! I used sliced honey ham, torn into pieces and co-jack cheese. I had to bake for 15 minutes for them to get browned. Dipped in homemade honey mustard dressing. I can see using this idea with lots of other fillings or splitting the biscuits into two layers and making smaller, appetizer size pockets.
