  • “We really enjoyed this chicken! So easy to put together.I used some chicken tenders as they were on sale and really enjoyed the taste of tortilla chips as the coating. They got nice and crispy in the oven and still stayed pretty crunchy even after pouring on the salsa and cheese.I would highly recommend using fresh cilantro mixed with the salsa and not the jarred cilantro salsa… the fresh cilantro really added the best kick and we will be making this again!”

  • “These were some good chicken breasts! Very moist. I followed the directions exactly as posted. I loved how the tortilla crumbs added a little bit of unexpected crunch to the chicken. I used medium salsa which gave them a semi-hot kick. I served this with yellow rice. I would definitely make these again.”

  • “This chicken had agood flavor and was very moist. I served this with a black bean and orzo salad #4261.I think corn on the cob would be a good side as well.”

  • “Even better with lime flavored tortilla chips and fresh salsa cruda! Loved it! Chicken stayed moist and cooked faster than I thought, even using thick chicken breasts. Definitely a keeper!”

  • “I made this for some friends and they loved it. I used cilantro lime chips instead of regular and it added to the flavor. I also ended cooking mine for 40 min instead of 25. Great chicken recipe, will use again.”

  • “The chicken was moist- and I thought tasted great. DH was iffy on the salsa- but ate it anyways. I added some taco seasoning to crushed tortilla chips for some extra spice.”

  • “This was delicious….not necessarily pretty, but delicious! It has a lot of tastes going on, but they all seem to blend together nicely. It was a little on the salty side, but that could be the chips.I used a medium salsa which added a nice heat to it.I didn’t have monterey jack cheese so I used cheddar.Very easy to put together.Pam”

  • “This was a very tasty and simple main dish to put together. For dietary reasons, I left out the oil and used tequilla instead.I also marinated the chicken for a couple hours before proceeding.Used low sodium baked tortilla chips and fat free cheese with good results.Served with Black bean and Corn Salad #27778 and they complimented each other well.Thank you MizzNezz for sharing the recipe.”
