  • 2cupscooked, diced chicken
  • 4cupschicken broth
  • 1onion, chopped
  • 2cupsRitz crackers, crushed
  • 1cupcelery, chopped
  • 8ouncesswiss cheese, shredded
  • 1cupuncooked rice
  • Directions

  • Combine all ingredients, reserving crackers for topping.
  • Place in shallow.
  • greased baking dish.
  • Top with crackers.
  • Bake at 400° for one hour.
