  • “This was a treat – I only made one but with this recipe it is easy to make as many or as few as you want. Thanks Lisa for posting”

  • “This is easy to make and very tasty.I use plain bread crumbs instead of ritz crackers.”

  • “Absolutely delicious!!My youngest refuses cheese on everything but has requested this twice now and the entire family fights for any leftovers.I did use egg to help the crumbs adhere and baked longer than directed.”

  • “This recipe is awesome!! Very easy to make and tastes so good. I love the ritz crackers for breading.”

  • “an easy recipe.i pounded the chicken out and rolled the chicken ‘jellyroll’ style because i didn’t have any toothpicks.it was nice and juicy.”

  • “This was a great recipe that was fairly quick and easy.My wife and I loved it and it was great along with rice.I used an egg white to help the cracker crumbs stick and added about 3 tbs of Italian seasoning to the crumbs.”

  • “this is so good but so easy i added 2 ham and cheezto each breast to overstuff a little”

  • “Very tasty! I also had to cook mine a little longer since my chicken was a little thick, but it turned out yummy.I had a hard time getting the ritz cracker crumbs to stay on the chicken, and ended up just pressing them into the chicken.Next time I may use an egg or two to help bind the crumbs to the chicken.Overall, a delicious recipe!”

  • “I made this for my hubby for Father’s Day and we loved it!!! I breaded it with ritz crackers and it was very good. This will be one of my faves to make!!! :)”
