Chicken Mashed Potatoes

    Ingredients

  • 6largepotatoes, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans low sodium chicken broth
  • garlic powder(optional)
  • Directions

  • Recipe can be halved.
  • Combine ingredients in large saucepan.
  • Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer about 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
  • Drain, reserving broth.
  • Add garlic powder, if you want, and then mash potatoes with as much broth as you like until you attain desired consistency.
