Chicken Salad Supreme

  • Ingredients

  • 1cup mayonnaise or 1cupsalad dressing
  • 1/4 cuplime juice
  • salt
  • 1/4 teaspoonground nutmeg
  • 4cupscubed cooked chicken
  • 1 (11ounce) cans mandarin oranges
  • 1cupgreen seedless grape, halved
  • 3/4 cupchopped celery
  • 1/2 cuptoasted slivered almonds
  • lettuce
  • Directions

  • Drain Mandarin Orange segments.
  • In large bowl, combine mayonnaise, lime juice, salt, and nutmeg.
  • Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
  • Chill.
  • Serve on Lettuce leaves.
  • Refrigerate leftovers.
