  • Ingredients

  • 1head lettuce or 1packagemixed salad green
  • 3 -4cooked chicken breasts
  • 1canwater chestnut
  • 1bunchgreen onion
  • 3teaspoonssesame seeds
  • Dressing

  • 4teaspoonssugar
  • 4teaspoonsrice vinegar
  • 1/4 cupoil
  • 1/4 teaspoonsalt
  • Directions

  • Mix salad ingredients.
  • Mix dresing ingredients and pour over salad.
  • Serve over Chinese noodles if desired.
