Chili Chicken Pasta Topper

  • Ingredients

  • 1tablespoonvegetable oil
  • 1lbboneless chicken breast, cubed
  • 1canCampbell’s Cream of Chicken Soup( With Herbs)
  • 1/2 cupmilk
  • 2tablespoonsparmesan cheese, grated
  • 1teaspoonchili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoongarlic powder
  • 4cupscorkscrew macaroni, cooked
  • Directions

  • In medium skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil.
  • Add chicken and cook until browned, stirring often.
  • ADD soup, milk, cheese, chili powder and garlic powder and heat through, stirring often.
  • Serve over pasta.
  • Notes: Cut raw chicken on a smooth, easy to clean surface, or on disposable plastic or paper.
  • When through, be sure to wash your hands and all surfaces and utensils in contact with the raw chicken with hot water and anti-bacterial soap.

  • “On 6/26/09 I was looking for fast,easy, and filling for mine and SO’s dinner and decided to try this recipe. A couple of changes were made to the recipe, that I don’t think affected the final outcome. They are as follows, I spinkled a small amount of seasoned salt onto the chicken as it was browning.Only cream of chicken soup was on hand, so a few shakes of Italian Seasoning was added to the soup mixture.
