“I used this recipe again this morning. I baked the cakes in 2 loaf pans and when they were cool, I sliced them lengthwise. I layered the cakes with choc mouse and choc ganache and frosted them with choc buttercream frosting. This was for a coffe gathering this morning. It was soooooooooooooooooooooo decadent and rich and sooo good! What a hit! Very easy recipe to make a bakery quality (far better) treat. Try it for company! Thanks! “
“I made this for my chocolate-lovin’ son’s fiance. I increased the baking powder by 1/2 teaspoon and used whole milk, then baked it in a tube pan, it took just less than 1 hour to bake in my convection air-bake oven, I cooled it and topped it with chocolate glaze. I also added in some mini chocolate chips… she really loved this cake, thanks so much for posting this wonderful recipe Anita!… Kittencal:)”
