This unique dress is handmade completely from scratch using fabric I hand print with my original artwork. An original design and one of a kind.
I hand printed green cotton / lycra knit fabric using my original onion and strings designs and shades of greens and metallic gold inks to make this gorgeous shimmery print.
I gave this dress a great shape with a jewel neckline, sleeveless on one side and a generously belled sleeve on the other side. This piece is fitted from bust to lower hips and flaring gently as it slopes to the longer side of the asymmetrical hemline.
I finished all of the edges and made a vertical asymmetrical stitch from neck to hem on each side for added Fink style structure and beauty.
Either side may be worn as the front (sleeve can be on either side)
