  • “Wow this was good! The only changes I made were taking the peas straight out of the freezer and cooking them with the pasta and upping the amount of black pepper to 1/4 teaspoon. I ate mine while it was still warm for lunch today and it was delicious – now I am looking forward to enjoying the cold leftovers later!”

  • “Great recipe that satisfied my pregnancy craving.I have made tuna salad several times but never with this much flavor.I opted out of the peas and used about 2 tbs of sweet relish.I also added 2 tsp of apple cider vinegar and about 2tsp of Lousiana Creole seasoning for a little kick.Overall very good and not too dry..nice and creamy!”

  • “This made a nice lunch for us!I added finely chopped celery and about 1 tsp. Tony Chachere’s seasoning in, as it really adds flavor to lots of dishes. Very refreshing and delicious.Definately a keeper for us!”

  • “I loved it. I also added onion, celery, and vinegar. I very much liked the taste and texture. Thanks for a new keeper.”

  • “This was pretty good.I added olives and onions, green pepper, and chopped cucumber but I felt like it needed more flavour.I might try adding some mustard or some spices to the mayo mix.”

  • “YUM!I added chopped vidalia onions and sliced black olives. I left out the boiled eggs though.”

  • “To this BASIC Tuna/Mac Salad which we all deviate from…. I also add a sm chopped red onion, sm. stalk of chopped celery, and a capful or two of apple cider vinegar. I do not add the green peas because the little ones hate peas…..I add the celery & onion for some crunch as well as flavor…and the vinegar wakes up the flavor of the tuna. Tuna Mac Salad is my favorite and I did add some peas to the salad after I removed a portion for the kids. Very Good Addition to my favorite salad. Oh…I only used a single 6 oz. can of tuna and mayo to my desired consistency.”
