  • Reviews

  • “Good Dish. It was better with the old bay seasoning instead of italian, but overall, it was pretty good.”

  • “Delicious casserole! I used the imitation crab, regular onion and parmesan cheese instead of mozzarella. I also added Old Bay Seasoning. It turned out very good!”

  • “I really like this dish. Per the suggestion of a previous reviewer I seasoned the crabmeat, broccoli, and mayo mixture with old bay seasoning. I used leek instead of red onion and about 2tsp of dijon instead of 1. No italian seasoning. Rocked!”

  • “I followed directions exactly and my family of 5 just didn’t care for it. It could be because we’re from Maryland and crabs just aren’t crabs without Old Bay seasoning.Maybe next time I’ll use Old Bay instead of Italian seasoning.”

  • “This was so quick to put together and completely wonderful to eat!As mentioned in the recipe, it is very important NOT to overcook the broccoli.i used 8 oz of imitation crabmeat chopped up.I mixed a little swiss cheese into the mozzarella….yummy! This is good eating whether you’re short on time or not.I’ll make this again.Thanx!”

  • “This was pretty yummy. The only thing I did different was to use 1 lb imitation crab and I sprinkled a few bread crumbs on top. DH liked it and DD (3yo) was coaxed into eating it. I can deal with that. I served it with parslied new potatoes.”

  • “Yummy, maybe deserves 3.5 stars, but I’m a harsh marker LOL. Don’t think it really makes 6 serves, though – 4 small serves or 2 real serves with rice. Something a bit different though, that would go nicely in a seafood buffet dinner.”
