  • “This is great, We had our Super 12 rugby final last night (which we won!!) and I made this to have with corn chips,I added a few drops of hot sauce and it was just enough to give it that ‘kick’, love the avocado addition. Thanks for posting.=)”

  • “This is very good!!I didn’t do the hot sauce(kids)nor the avacado.(no one likes them but me)But, it was wonderful.I put some on a tortilla with some ham for lunch too! Will be making again!”

  • “Ginny–this is my new favorite dip!We LOVED it!It’s so light and creamy, and totally addictive.Made just as you said, and added a bit of hot sauce for a kick.My only problem is that I’m going to want this all the time now, it’s THAT good. Thanks for sharing this one, Ginny!”

  • “Ooh, delicious! I made this for appetizer day at work and it went over very nicely! I love so many taco dips and this was one of the best (I agree with another reviewer who said it’s got the charm of a multi-layer taco dip without the extra cost)! I didn’t use the hot sauce, but it still had a great kick for my taste with the medium salsa and was smoothed out so nicely with that extra sharp cheddar cheese, avocado, and sour cream. We used Dipping Strips Tostitos chips and kept going back for more. =)Thank you!”

  • “I thought this was very flavorful as well as simple to make. Thanks for a quick easy dip!”

  • “Very good! I used a mild salsa and added a dash of red pepper flakes. I also sprinkled the avocado with a squeeze of lemon before I mixed it in, and low-fat sour cream. This is quick and tasty and really holds up well to hearty chips (I used Fritos scoops).”

  • “This is the best dip I have ever made! I first made it for my spanish class for a project and everyone loved it! I’m using it again for my birthday! I added a little lime juice and some more sour cream to keep it thick and it was wonderful!”

  • “This is very fresh tasting dip, kind of like a 7 layer dip all in one.Easy to prepare and able to be done ahead of time which is always a plus in my book!”
