This hat was motivated by my daughter when she was a child. I wanted to produce a hat that would be stunning, however warm enough for the cold weather. One that would look lovely with an outfit, but could be used with a winter season jacket. A hat that would keep her head, ears and neck warm without being large, but might still be put on in the spring and fall. And it HAD to have a flower and come in all sizes! I love the look of the vintage cloche and believed it would be the ideal option. I added a flower pattern and instructions for methods to play with the color or add initial touches. This hat is one of my favorites and my child’s as well!

This pattern is very simple – even for novices! It works up rapidly and can be made in a variety of colors and could be embellished in a range of methods. There is no limitation to what you can create with this lovely pattern!

Pattern includes 6 sizes from newborn to adult (head circumferences from 12-24 & quot;& quot;-RRB-. This hat can be made with any 100 % cotton worsted weight yarn and a 6.5 mm (US – K) crochet hook.
