    Ingredients

  • 6largeboneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 6slicesham, Fully cooked
  • 6slicesswiss cheese
  • 1/4 cupall-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cupparmesan cheese, Grated
  • 1/2 teaspoonrubbed sage
  • 1/4 teaspoonpaprika
  • 1/4 teaspoonpepper
  • 1/4 cupvegetable oil
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) cans condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 1/2 cupchicken broth
  • fresh parsley, Chopped(optional)
  • Directions

  • Flatten chicken to 1/8-inch thickness.
  • Place ham and cheese on each breast. Rollup and tuck in ends; secure with a toothpick.
  • Combine the flour, Parmesancheese, sage, paprika and pepper; coat chicken on all sides.
  • Cover andrefrigerate for 1 hour.
  • In large skillet, brown chicken in oil over medium-highheat. Transfer to a 5 quart slow cooker.
  • Combine soup and broth; pour overchicken.
  • Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours.
  • Remove toothpicks.
  • Garnish withparsley if desired.
