  • “My family isn’t so keen on cauliflower buy they loved this.I didn’t have cream of chicken soup so I just used mushroom. I also made it with cooked chicken and added a little evaporated milk which was just like the White Spots recipe. It was great served over rice. We will be eating this again. “

  • “we loved this dish and will make it again, thank you Nurse Di”

  • “Great way to make cauliflower different. Loved the curry. Would not change a thing. Thanks Nurse DI!”

  • “I used to have this recipe in a Campbell’s Cookbook 30 years ago. I lost the recipe and was excited to see it posted here. I wondered if my tastes had become too sofisticated for Cream of Chicken soup and mayo mixed and poured over cauliflower-but NO, it’s every bit as good as I remember it, if not better. And the picky chef sons in the family enjoyed it too, with absolutely no idea what the “secret” ingredients were LOL.”

  • “The delicious sauce turns cauliflower from boring to awesome! I scaled the recipe in half, used mushroom soup as I prefer its flavour to cream of chicken & grated extra old cheddar on top. Thanx Di! “
