The top center is of a Dr. Seuss print material, and the large border and edge binding are of a Cat in the Hat print fabric. There is a narrow strip of material in a red and white stripe design that divides the other 2 prints. This quilt is backed at a loss and white stripe design material and lined in natural 100 % cotton batting. You could alter the backing material and batting if you like.
