  • “Great recipe! I only added 1/2 of the sugar and it was still a little sweet for us. Very easy to make and I usually have everything for it on hand. Really tasty. UPDATE: oops, I was a rookie when I posted this review so I kind of messed up.There is no sugar in this recipe.I do not know what I was thinking. It was fantastic just as written. Thanks for a keeper”

  • “I was looking for something to do with a tin of creamed corn, found this recipe, and ta-da, minutes later it was in the oven. It was very easy to put together (I halved the recipe) and was ready to serve in just under an hour. It’s not spectacular, just a good decent side dish that’s much tastier than a plain tin of creamed corn. Next time, I will spray the casserole dish with non-stick spray (like Pam), as it does stick a bit.”

  • “Very nice recipe!I took this with me for the family Thanksgiving dinner and everyone enjoyed it very much.I doubled the recipe and it turned out perfectly! This is good comfort-food that would be easy to throw together for any occasion.”

  • “I have never done a review quite like this, but I have been asked by my large family to give you 5 stars for this recipe! My Mom was looking for a traditional side dish for a family dinner on Christmas Day (I was with my in-laws) and didn’t want anything ‘strange’. I gave her this and she made a double batch – there was barely a speck left! Thanks for the recipe Bergy – I knew you would make me look good! LOL! :)”

  • “Bergy, this recipe is so quick; love it!Only changes–(because I was usinging up leftovers) was to add sharp cheddar, shredded, and subbed crushed Fritos(bottom of the bag) for the top. Made in individual sizes. ThX for posting!”

  • “This was very good. It’s pretty much how I make my scalloped corn except I use one can of creamed corn and one drained whole kernel corn.I had never thought about mixing crackers withbutter and spreading on top.It really added a lot to the dish. Thanks Bergy.”

  • “Very, good, quick and easy, just like what grandma used to make! The only change I made was to add chopped green peppers.”
