  • “WOW WOW WOW!!!! This is the BEST lasagna I have ever had. I cooked 1/2 pound hamburger with a few chopped onions and added that to the sauce. It has a whole lot of flavor, is very moist and cheesy. It was so easy to put together. Even without precooking the noodles, they are as done as if you had cooked them! This one has the perfect taste, We will make it a lot!! THANK YOU!!”

  • “Made for a party and amazed people that I had MADE lasagna and not just bought one. So easy and very good. Got a lot of praise for how moist it was. Added ground beef and onions to my sauce but that was it. “

  • “We really enjoyed this recipe. It has got to be the easiest lasagna I’ve ever made! I added ground beef to the sauce. Came out great. Thanks, will be making this one again.”

  • “EXCELLENT!!! And Sooooooo very easy.We all had seconds.Followed recipe exactly as stated. I might add some gound beef and sausage next time, but this was simply delicious as is! Thank you.”

  • “When my son Andrew goes back for seconds, let alone thirds!! It is by far a keeper. I got so tired of the kids telling me my lasagna was crap, BUT NO MORE. Thanks Inez”

  • “Very, very good.I made a very few changes.I doubled the recipe more or less, added fresh basil and used homemade spaghetti sauce. “

  • “My husband and I make this recipe at least once a month. It’s truly easy and SO GOOD!I usually cook up some ground Italian Sausage and throw it in the tomato sauce. We look forward to lasagna night because that means we get to eat the leftovers for lunch all week long.YUM!”

  • “This lasagna is fantastic! I think I’ll try adding italian sausage next time too since my hubby likes that…but I loved it the way it was!! Thank you for this recipe! “

  • “It’s so easy and and yet so good! It’s a big hit at our house.”

  • “What an outstanding lasagna, and so simple to make!!I made a couple of these for a funeral and one comment I received was from an Italian lady who said it was almost as good as her mother’s… I took that as a great compliment indeed. I, too, added some meat and onions, and next time would also go for a spaghetti sauce with a little garlic and maybe some kick to it.This was enjoyed by all. Thanks for this wonderful recipe!!Dianne”

  • “I used the no bake lasagna noodles so it was even easier!Nice to know you can throw a lasagna together in less than an hour!! I didn’t change anything, it made a basic “no frills” lasagna.Just cheese, sauce, and noodles- Excellent! The leftovers were to die for – no grease from the meat-because there was no meat! The next time I may add the fresh basil as Vicki suggested.I can see changing the Ragu flavor to change it up a little each time.I’m all over this one Mizz Nezz, really appreciate it!I don’t really think there’s a way to mess it up, unless you burn it!Great idea for a dinner party – everybody loves lasagna! Served with a light salad and garlic parmesan breadsticks – a real man (or kid) pleaser!”

  • “I will never make lasagna any other way–ever again! It is simply the best–and couldn’t be much easier.I use the regular lasagna noodles and they turn out just fine.Sometimes I use the veggie burger crumbles with chopped onion–but it doesn’t need it.I do double the cottage cheese, egg and parmesan–as I prefer more filling.Everyone asks to have the recipe–I love to make it for company!”

  • “This Lasagna was WONDERFUL!!When I told DH that it was an “easy” lasagna recipe, he said he was surprised and would never have guessed. The only changes I made was to add 1/2lb ground beef and onion to the sauce and increase the cottage cheese to 16 oz.I also wasn’t sure if I should cook the noodles or not, so I used no boil noodles and cooked covered for 30 minutes and uncovered for 25. It was perfect! Thanks for a great recipe!”

  • “Fantastic!!!This was not only the easiest lasagna I’ve made, but it was the best one!I made it exactly as written, but used 15 oz of ricotta instead of cottage cheese (due to what I had on hand).I also used 2 jars of sauce instead of 1.I covered the lasagna with foil for the first 45 minutes, then topped with more shredded mozzarella and baked for 15 more minutes uncovered.I let it sit for 10 min before eating and the noodles were cooked perfectly.I will never boil lasagna noodles again!!! We loved this recipe.”

  • “I made this last night and just had it today for lunch. Yum! Easy..I used the no boil noodles also. I added 1/4 cup of red wine to the recipe. I served it with Richard’s Bread Salad #9108. Good dinner. DH liked it too and he liked that there were fewer and cheaper ingredients, yet tasted great.”

  • “I can’t believe how tasty this simple little recipe is! Although I hadn’t tried it, I made three and threw them in the freezer. Last night I defrosted one and served it with mushroom & barley soup and a tossed salad. It was really excellent. I used a canned tomato sauce that I doctored with fresh garlic and basil and oven ready noodles. Thanks Inez, I will definately be making this again.”

  • “I give it a 4 bc it’s super easy to make.Taste, however, is 3 stars to me.I made it based on all the great reviews, but it’s just not that great to me.”

  • “Delicious recipe!I have made this lasagna at least 40- 50 times. I also make chicken/alfredo lasagna — I cooked and shredded two cups of chicken and then mixed it with three jars (15 oz each) of Bertolli alfredo sauce. I also always use more mozzarella than the recipe calls for. If I’m making regular lasagna — I brown 1 lb of hamburger meat and add onion and basil then drain the water/grease and again use 45 oz of my favorite tomato based pasta sauce to the meat mixture and go from there with the recipe. It always turns out yummy. Oh, I also use the no bake lasagna noodles — one less step I have to take in cooking! Thanks for a wonderful, keeper MizzNezz~”

  • “This turned out pretty good. I added ground turkey to it and used almost a whole thing of a 16 ounce cottage cheese. I took it out after an hour, and it was burned on top. Also, the noodles were very firm still. The lasagna sauce had a nice taste. Next time I will cook the noodles before adding them to pan. Thanks!”

  • “This is a keeper!!!My children loved it .And best of all my hubby didnt even ask “where’s the beef?” lol. This was so easy and I already had most of the ingredients on hand. ty for posting.”
