This one of a kind piece is a hand embroidered, anatomically right, axial view through the head at the level of the orbits. It is not a total random sample however rather concentrates on the complexities of the eyes. The ocular muscles are wonderfully detailed with their nerves and the range of sewing used throughout the piece provides a fantastic texture. Other anatomic information consist of a lacrimal gland, the optic chiasm, and the globes themselves.

Embroidery stitches included: satin, split, chain, buttonhole filling, back stitch, and random. The work is tightly stretched over an 8 & quot; & quot; x 8 & quot; wooden frame for a minimalist finish that really lets the sewing luster.

This is a distinct piece that took numerous years to finish, and will not be recreated. It would be ideal for an office, class, or anywhere you wish to flaunt the appeal of anatomy.
