  • Reviews

  • “I served this as part of a good old country dinner for my grandson & he thinks that his “nana” is the best cook in the whole world! I didn’t change a thing & it was absolutely delicious. Thanx Lorac! “

  • “I made this in a roaster oven, since our single oven was busy with a prime rib. I used buttermilk. It was fabulous. Had DH and I talking about his late father who probably dined on this regularly when he was growing up! Very nostalgic and delicious! Thanks, Lorac! Made for Regional Cooking Tag.”

  • “Simplicity is always the best. I did not bother to layer this.I just sliced it all up in a food processor, mixed it all together, cooked per recipe instructions and enjoyed it.I actually used this as the main course of a vegetarian meal. Thanks Lorac for another great recipe.”
