  • 1cuptightly packed fresh basil
  • 1cuptightly packed fresh parsley leaves
  • 2clovesgarlic
  • 1/2 cupolive oil
  • 1/2 cupparmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoonground cilantro
  • 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  • Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in food processor.
  • Cover and puree until smooth.
  • Refrigerate for several weeks, or freeze for 6 months.
  • Toss with hot pasta.
