  • “Great recipe! I used this dish as a topping for the oatmeal cottage-cheese recipe that I found here, too. It was great. I did not have nutmeg, so I used pumpkin spice instead of the nutmeg and omitted the cinnamin (since pumpkin spice has cinnamin in it already). It turned out wonderful. Thanks for the recipe!”

  • “Thanks for the great recipe!I finally found something that is better than by boyfriends famous “the way my mom used to make them” speech. We had these just the way you posted them and also over vanilla ice cream.Terrific and couldn’t get enough!”

  • “Smelled wonderful during cooking. I cut the recipe for 2 apples & used Splenda, omitted the lemon juice & used light butter. Am planning on using it in a breakfast wrap (a whole wheat tortilla wrap with granola, yogurt & fruit) or serving with some vanilla yogurt. You were so right-nothing could be easier! Thank you for sharing!”

  • “awesome.i used the ingredients by sight since i was only using one apple and the next time I added 1Tbl cream cheese and they were just as fabulous.thanks!”
