  • “This was great.I used fat free cream cheese, splenda brown sugar blend, a little bit of white sugar, and about 1 tbs + 1 tsp vanilla.Fat free cream cheese can be quite bland, so I had to make up for it with a little extra vanilla/sugar.Good recipe; thanks!”

  • “At college my school always served this dip with fruit trays in the college center. Since the first time I tried it, I was in love! I just made this for a fruity desert. It was delicious and tasted exactly like the stuff I had in college.”

  • “I had a recipe from a friend very similar to this a few years ago and was looking for it.I found this one and it is good.My cream cheese was too thick and not blending well, so I added some milk and mixed it with a hand mixer. It was delicious.”

  • “I made this today for dayhome morning snack with fruit. It was a toss up with the kids but three of them are extremely fussy so we won’t count them.My kids are fruit monkeys and love to dip fruit in anything as long as they get fruit. It was fast, simple and really tasty. The only thing was it was super thick and they ended up dipping their fingers in it, maybe a bit of juice or something to thin it down a bit.I didnt have low fat anything so I made it as is.It is going in my dip file for my own kids but I won’t waste this tasty dip on the dayhome kids.”

  • “We enjoyed this very much on apples.I used low fat cream cheese and splenda brown (at half strength as you are supposed to with that product).Great taste, but the consistency was a tad off for my taste.Too thick to get much on the apple slices. Now spread on a bagel I’d bet it would be divine! Thanks for posting.”

  • “The taste of this fruit dip is outstanding, I too added a little honey. Be sure to beat it well so the sugar is not grainy, and it is nice and smooth, perhaps that could be added to the instructions. The dip was the perfect consistency when first made, but after being chilled for an hour, it was a little too firm, and never did soften quiet enough at room temp. I will make it again, but a few drops of milk beat into the mixture would boost this from a really good recipe to a fantastic one !Thanks for posting Debra, it is a simple and delicious dip. Also, I love the colour. “

  • “This is as good as you will buy in any store! I mixed fat free with low fat cream cheese, and also used a brown sugar and sugar substitute. I also added a small dallop of marshmellow cream. Very tasty and it took less than 3 minutes to make!”

  • “This was easy and was really good with apples!I will definitely be making this one again!”

  • “This was so easy to make and it tastes great with the fruit. It had too much of a cream cheesey taste so I added a squirt of honey.Worked like a charm.I used reduced fat cream cheese.”

  • “This is a great recipe for kids to make and share at school party’s.”
