  • “Very delicious! Served this for St. Patrick’s dinner last night. Switched out green grapes for red grapesand green Granny Smith apple and kiwi for the papaya in keeping with the “theme”. Love the easy dressing-I agree it does complement the fruit nicely! I still want to try this with the other fruit sometime though! Thank you for posting the recipe! cg ;)”

  • “I made this with mangoes and red grapes and my husband, who hates salad, just loved it.I liked the contrast between the sweet fruit and the tart dressing. We will be enjoying this salad again and again.”

  • “This is a delightful salad and dressing.I made it using red grapes and mango. After a couple of bites, I thought it is missing something.I then garnished it with a few coarse chopped pecans. This is something I plan on making again.I think it would be also good with grilled chicken on top.”

  • “So extremely delicious! I was pleasantly surprised! I made it with the pears for the holiday season. “

  • “This was very yummy.I left out the poppy seeds, as I don’t care for them and chose the mango option for the fruit. The fruit and dressing balances the slightly bitter taste of the spinach well.”
