  • “this is almost the same as a salad that my mother makes, except she uses tapioca pudding instead of cottage cheese, and orange jello instead of lime.”

  • “This sounded good to me and reminded me of a food I had as a child, but when I made it, nobody liked it very well. The lime flavor with the cottage cheese was a little too strange, so I ended up eating all the leftovers so we didn’t have to toss it.”

  • “Yummy!I gave this recipe to a friend to make for a potluck lunch here at work. She says she made it exactly like the recipe said.It was sooooo good!It was used for a halloween lunch and went over really well!I’m going to make it soon for my own family!!Thanks for the recipe!”

  • “Oh goodness, how many times have I had to make this for my mother on Thanksgiving and Christmas? lol. This has been a traditional dessert in my family for years at the holidays. The only thing different about ours is that we don’t use the cottage cheese. I may just have to sneek it in next time though, just to give it a try. Thanx for posting! :)”
