A pair of very handmade porcelain taxis decorate this set of bobby pins.

Making these bobbies, I began with a thin soft piece of snowy white porcelain from which to form the taxis. I textured the soft clay with among my handmade stamps. Because each is made separately there might be extremely slight variations in size. The glazing is an extremely pretty and fresh mix of crackly transparent turquoise and mossy green.

I have actually completed the cabs thoroughly, smoothing and glazing with care.
