90 yards < br/ > 3.8 ounces I utilized professional quality acid dyes to hand paint this wool top, then the colors were set by gently steaming. After numerous rinses, drying and fluffing, I spun the fibers thick and thin on my spinning wheel. The twist was set by soaking and washing the yarn, then carefully blocked on a towel. The yarn was not extended or weighted while drying.
